    For established founders

    You don’t need more information.
    You need clarity.

You’ve probably read the books. Watched the videos. Hired people. Tried different strategies.

    And your business is working.

But something still isn’t clicking. This retreat is for the next chapter — when you know there’s more opportunity in front of you, but you’re not sure what deserves your attention next.

    You’ve hit a ceiling.

The business works, but growth has stalled.

    You have too many options.

You’re not sure which opportunity deserves your attention.

You know something needs to change.

You just can’t see the next move clearly.

Designed for established founders, agency owners, consultants, strategists, and creators typically generating $250K+ annually who have the resources to execute — but need clarity on what to execute next.

    This isn’t YouTube.

    You can watch Chris on
    YouTube for free.This is different.

A video can give you a framework.

It can’t look at your business and tell you where you’re getting in your own way.

It can’t question the assumption your entire strategy is built around.

And it can’t ask the next question.

At the retreat, you’re not watching someone else get coached.

    You’re in the chair.

    How it works

    01

    Chris prepares

Before the retreat, Chris reviews your application, your business, and the challenge you want to work through.

You’re not walking into the room cold.

    02

    You get the chair

Every attendee receives a dedicated 60-minute hot seat focused entirely on their business.

Chris will question assumptions, identify blind spots, pressure-test your thinking, and help you get closer to the decision underneath the decision.

    03

    You learn from the room

Your hour is only part of the experience.

You’ll spend two days watching nine other established entrepreneurs work through real problems involving growth, pricing, positioning, content, personal brand, sales, and business strategy.

Sometimes the breakthrough comes during your hot seat.

Sometimes it comes from realizing someone else in the room is struggling with the exact same thing you are.

    Different businesses. Real outcomes.

People come in with different problems. And leave with a clearer way forward.

    • Who should I actually be targeting?

Leave with a clearer ICP and a better understanding of exactly who your business is for.

    • How do I become the premium choice?

Leave with sharper positioning that helps you stand out instead of competing on price.

    • What should I talk about online?

Leave with clearer direction for your personal brand and what you want to become known for.

    • How do I get more speaking opportunities?

Leave with a roadmap for positioning yourself to get on more stages.

    • What should I focus on next?

Leave with fewer competing priorities and greater confidence about where to put your time, money, and energy.

    Different businesses. Different problems.
The objective is the same: know what to do next.

    The experience

Two days away from the noise.

The retreat takes place inside Chris’s private Club Haus in Pasadena — an intimate environment designed for deep work, meaningful conversation, and the kinds of discussions that are difficult to have while you’re buried inside the day-to-day of your business.

No convention center. No packed ballroom. No rushing from breakout session to breakout session. Just ten people, one room, and enough time to actually think.

When you’re working through your problem, you don’t only have Chris thinking about it. You have a room full of people who understand what it means to build something.

The application isn’t there to manufacture exclusivity. It’s there to protect the quality of the room.

    This isn’t for everyone

    You’ve already built something real.

This retreat is designed for established founders, agency owners, small business owners, strategists, consultants, and creators doing roughly $250K+ annually.

You don’t need another beginner business course. You have customers. Experience. Resources. Opportunities. What you need is perspective on what deserves your attention next.

    You should apply if

    • —You’re serious about getting to your next level.
    • —You have the resources to act on what you learn.
    • —You’re willing to talk honestly about what is and isn’t working.
    • —You value direct feedback over generic advice.
    • —You want an intimate room rather than a large event.
    • —You’re prepared to contribute to other people’s conversations, not just your own.

This room is for the founder asking: “I’ve built this. Now what?”

You already know something needs to change.

The question is whether you spend another six months thinking about it —

or two days getting to the bottom of it.

    FAQ

    Questions

Is this relevant to my type of business?

The retreat is intentionally cross-disciplinary. Past rooms have included founders, small business owners, agency owners, brand strategists, and content creators. The common denominator isn’t industry. It’s that you have a real business, real decisions in front of you, and the ability to execute once you know what direction to take.

How is this different from watching Chris online?

Online content gives you frameworks. This gives you context. Chris reviews your business before you arrive and then spends a full 60-minute hot seat working directly on your challenge. You can ask the next question, pressure-test assumptions, and receive feedback specific to your situation. You’re not watching someone else’s problem get solved. You’re working on yours.

How much direct time do I get with Chris?

Every attendee receives a dedicated 60-minute hot seat. Because the retreat is limited to only ten people, you’ll also spend two full days learning from Chris’s coaching, teaching, and conversations with the other attendees.

What if I’m not sure what challenge to bring?

That’s okay. Your application helps us understand your business and surface the highest-leverage challenge to work through. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly worded question. You need to arrive willing to work honestly on the thing that matters most.

Who will be in the room?

A hand-selected group of ten established founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, strategists, and creators. Applications are reviewed not only for whether the retreat can help you, but also whether you’ll contribute something valuable to the room.

    What happens after I apply?

We review your application based on your business, revenue, the challenge you want to work through, and your fit for the group. If it looks like a strong fit, you’ll be invited to a short call. Once accepted, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your seat.

    What does the $5,000 include?

Your investment includes: Day 0 private happy hour, two full retreat days, your 60-minute hot seat with Chris, lunch on both days, the special guest session, and dinner on the final evening. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included.

What airport should I fly into?

Burbank (BUR) is the closest. Ontario (ONT) and LAX are also options.

    Where should I stay?

Three options within easy distance: Marriott Courtyard Pasadena / Old Town (closest), AC Hotel, or the Hilton Pasadena. All are in Old Town — walkable to restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Do I need to rent a car?

No. Uber and Lyft work well here. If you stay in Old Town Pasadena, most of what you need is walkable.

    What should I bring?

A laptop, tablet, or smartphone. A notebook and pen. Pasadena is warm — a hat and sunglasses won’t go to waste.

    What’s your refund policy?

We want you to purchase with confidence. We can hold your spot for 48 hours after purchase and give you a full refund if you change your mind. Life happens. If there’s an emergency and you can’t attend as the date approaches, please reach out. We will work something out.
